Background: Many factors have contributed to the increasing rates of CSs, including increases in maternal age, BMI, and changes obstetric practices technologies. CSs requested by mother fear litigation among caregivers now become one most common indications CS. Aim this study was compare between conditions previous caesarean section subjects delivered at Kafr El-Sheikh general hospitals, versus those Tanta University hospital as regard integrity uterine scars, presence adhesions, time termination, fetal outcomes.Methods: This an observational that carried out on 100 pregnant ladies with history section. Participants were divided into two groups: group I included 50 women selected from II General hospital.Results: The estimated blood loss significantly higher cases hospitals compared lost hospitals.
